From our Bullas, Murcia depot we offer a multitude of services to businesses within the Murcia and alicante region. Our services are tailor made to suit each individual businesses needs and requirements. We are happy to visit your premise to formulate a package that meets your requirements.
Document storage
You can free up valuable office space by using the archive storage facility at our Bullas, Warehouse. Files, Drawings, Data tapes and CD?s can all be stored in our Archive storage containers that are held within our fully alarmed and monitored warehouse facility.
Your documents are catalogued upon their arrival at our warehouse so that you will have an accurate account of the files you have in store and the dates of arrival and retrieval. Imagine what it would be like to never loose a file again and to be able to retrieve that file within a few hours just by picking up a phone. Our daily collection and delivery service allows you to store and retrieve files frequently and efficiently almost as if they were still on site.
We also offer an emergency retrieval service for any document that you need urgently.
You may wish to visit our premise?s yourself to deliver or retrieve files.
Secure shredding
Our cataloguing system allows you to easily manage your files and documents in store.
From this information you can see when a file can legally be destroyed and then instruct us (In Writing) to do so. We operate a secure shredding service onsite that disposes of your confidential files and then we produce a certificate of secure destruction and insure that your waste is recycled to meet any environmental policies that you may have.
The shred Bin
We can place sealed confidential paper waste bins onsite at your offices for your staff to place any documents that require secure destruction into. We then collect these bins from your premise and shred the complete bin and its contents and send the shredded material for re-cycling. Secure destruction that meets your environmental policies.
Disaster box
Protect your business from the possibility of disaster by using our disaster box service. We can supply a box to your company for you to fill with essential files, back up disks, laptops etc which we then hold at our Bullas warehouse. In the event of a disaster at your place of work you will still have the information needed to continue operating your business. The disaster box can be taken to your premise on a regular basis so that you can keep its contents up to date with the relevant back up information.
Container drop service.
We can position one of our archive, or alternatively one of our standard furniture containers at your business premise for you to self load with files or office furniture and effects. Once loading is complete you simply padlock the container door and we collect the container from your premises and return to the containerised storage facility in Bullas, Murcia. From here you can access your effects or arrange for the container to be delivered to your residence for yourself to offload. Simple, cost effective storage solutions where you hold your own key.
Material Sales
We provide a range of archive storage boxes as well as larger boxes and crates to assist with the filing and storing of your files and office equipment.
